My husband and I got married in Manuel Antonio in February 2024. We had 50 guests travel all the way to Costa Rica to celebrate with us and it was super important to us that they had a great experience. Elaine was there every step of the way as our eyes on the ground (we had never visited Costa Rica until our wedding!). She provided thoughtful insight, respected our budget, and our wedding day exceeded all of our expectations. We held our ceremony on an Oceanview hotel terrace and had the reception at our villa nearby. Elaine made sure everyone got where they needed to be and took all the day-of coordination off of my shoulders. Highly highly recommend!!!

When I hired Alma Viva’s team, I thought I’d have to be a lot more involved, showing them where I wanted things to go and add more to my plate but I was very wrong. Their team is incredible. It’s like they knew my vision better than I did. When I say everything was PERFECT, I’m not exaggerating. It was romantic and fun and exactly what I wanted. I will recommend everyone gets married in Costa Rica and hires this vendor. Oh and she accommodated things that I added last minute, I felt horrible for doing it but she pulled it off!

Everything was perfect. The flowers, the arch, the staff. Everything was on time and more importantly perfect. They had w units as we wanted and hoped for.

We contacted Alma Viva during wedding planning exploration and they were very helpful, transparent and kind. We wanted a small, low key wedding and we hosted at a private home with local chefs and bartenders we knew. Alma Viva managed all other special details of our day, and gave us so much care and peace of mind so we could just enjoy the day. Their inventory is beautiful and accommodated everything we needed. I also appreciated that I could send them a few photos for table setup and they figured out decor and layout beautifully. I love looking back at our photos, everything was exactly as we had hoped for, and beautifully executed. 10/10 experience.

They handled decor and rentals for our micro wedding, which was held in a private Villa in Punta Leona. They were absolutely amazing. They worked with me to pick the perfect lights, flowers, tables, chairs, and detail pieces. The floral runners down the stairs were incredible, lush green foliage with perfect white flowers and tiny floating candles. And they anticipated the placement for photos impeccably. I did not have a coordinator, and they asked me maybe a total of three questions during the set up. I cannot say enough good about their team!
